Training Procedures

To participate in YADAC trainings, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Register with the BTMS

To participate in the training programs we offer, you must be registered with BTMS (Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Programs Training Management System).

To login or register:

Go to the BTMS website, https://bdap.health.state.pa.us/BTMS/Logon.aspx
Click on "If you are a new user and you do not have a username and password Click Here" and fill out the form to create an account.

Step 2: View Course Information

Go to our Calendar of Events and browse the upcoming training events. The calendar will include all the course information and the enrollment form.

Step 3: Send Enrollment Form

Print and fill out the enrollment Form (attached to event detail on Calendar).
Send form and enrollment fee check to the following address...

- Make Checks payable to YADAC

State Drug & Alcohol Program Training

BDAP Training Management System(BTMS): This online system is used to register for trainings and to track your training history. You must be registered in this system to attend any BDAP sponsored training. if you are not already registered, you do so now, https://bdap.health.state.pa.us/BTMS/Logon.aspx

Training Site Policies

POLICIES:

Registrations will be sent out prior to the start of each training event. Participants will not be registered prior to training.
Registrations must be in the office by the end of the registration deadline date.
The name on the registration form is the name placed on the certificate
Please print or type the accurate name of participant in the BTMS!
If the participant is sure they will be approved for the training they should mail-in the registration form so they are placed on the list for that training event. A copy of the registration form should go to their supervisor. We will accept payment with a letter stating payment will come with the participant or will be mailed to York/Adams Drug and Alcohol Commission (YADAC). NOTE: Registrations cannot be faxed the day before the training.
Vegetarian meals must be checked in order to receive this meal.
If you have not received confirmation by email from BDAP/BTMS or in the mail four days before the training call to make sure you are registered for the training. The coordinator has the right to not admit any one not registered for the training. You may be asked to leave the training. You must call to substitute another person 24 hours before the training takes place. Please do not leave substitute names on the voice mail address. Call to talk with the scheduler listed on the form.
If the participant is interested in being placed on the mailing list please check that item on the registration form. Please make sure the participant’s name, agency name, address, zip code and telephone number is correct.
Cell phones and beepers must be set to vibrate or turned-off.
